Business Analyst - Insurance

Business Analyst - Insurance - 5+ Years - Gurgaon

Location: Gurgaon (Hybrid)

We are looking for an individual with 5+ Years of experience as Business analyst in Insurance domain with hands on/knowledge of Guidewire as a must.

Responsibilities:

1. Requirement elicitation - the ability to discover, analyse, and document requirements from stakeholders using a variety of methods.

2. Requirement analysis - the ability to understand requirements and trace them back to business outcomes.

3. Business architecture/Service design - the ability to discover and document the end-to-end architecture of a process or system and the relationships between them.

4. Technical translation - the ability to identify system enhancements, determine development impact demonstrating knowledge in systems, processes, and data.

5. Working with initiative managers to plan initiatives and work streams and agree BA deliverables.

6. Providing updates and reports on the progress of BA work.

7. Coach and train BA colleagues.

8. Providing subject matter expertise on the feasibility of initiatives and proposed solutions.

Requirements:

1. MBA/Graduation in related field required.

2. Hands-on/knowledge about Guidewire and knowledge about Insurance sector is must.

3. Experience in Business Analysis.
