We are currently looking for an HR Analyst with one the topmost Foods/ FMCG Distribution cos in the world. This is an international assignment to be based in Yangon (formerly Rangoon) in Myanmar.

Job Profile:
- In-depth understanding of systems design and implementation, programming techniques, and project planning and management methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in office productivity software such MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experienced in mining, modeling, collation, and analysis of big data using statistical techniques
- Project management of company's existing software portfolio such as HR Information System, and Payroll System, including data modeling, features update cycles, and roadmap planning
- Measure employee performance ratings based on HRIS exported data (attendance, time data, engagement), and CSAT and KPI surveys
- Coordinate with HR team in talent assessment process, and analyze performance data to identify potential candidates for internal application process and promotions
- Automate and optimize spreadsheets to significantly reduce effort in presenting data findings to team, and to improve strategies and operations
Experience & Education:
- Experience of HR Analytics and HRIS preferably in a consulting firm is preferable.
- Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken with excellent presentation skills.
- The incumbent with being a part of the Management Assessment Program which runs for 18 months. After completion of the 18 months contract period, the incumbents are absorbed in permanent roles in mainstream Functions.
Education: Computer Science Graduate/ BE BTech / MCA with MBA/ PGDM in HR is highly preferred.
Salary: Best in the FMCG industry- Around 35000-40000 USD p.a., (Annual CTC around Rs.25.0-27.0 LPA)
