Job Description :
- Collaborate with resources to ensure all system design requirements adequately reflect the defined business processes and fully support all components of the functional business requirements for HR Process.
- To gather and prepare business & functional requirements.To plan and document requirements .To analyze and model requirement take change request performance,
- Assisting the Senior Management in HR Division in implementing the strategic initiatives in the HR domain.
- Responsible for interacting and engaging with various stakeholders across the organization.
- Successfully lead and execute the vision with regard to HR .
- Ensure a seamless integration of the HR initiatives with respect to the intended business outcomes.
