Job Description :
- Collaborate with resources to ensure all system design requirements adequately reflect the defined business processes and fully support all components of the functional business requirements for HR Process, Creating Dashboards etc
- To gather and prepare business & functional requirements.To plan and document requirements .To analyze and model requirement take change request performance,
- Assisting the Senior Management in HR Division in implementing the strategic initiatives in the HR domain.
- Responsible for interacting and engaging with various stakeholders across the organization.
- Successfully lead and execute the vision with regard to HR .
- Ensure a seamless integration of the HR initiatives with respect to the intended business outcomes.
