- Utilize storyboarding, task analysis, user research tasks, and other mechanisms to capture and develop user requirements.
- Support and engage with cross-functional/business and multi-channel teams with minimal to no direct line responsibility for those individuals.
- Assist in the creation and design of process flows, journey maps, etc., to facilitate the understanding of the sales customer journey.
- Liaise with relevant business teams, technology teams, digital teams, legal, risk, and compliance teams to document requirements, provide design options, and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities and drive requirement gathering/delivery for straight-through approval processing through data automation and workflow automation.
- Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to ensure user stories are developed correctly and meet acceptance criteria.
- Identify and document scenarios and user acceptance criteria, assisting the test manager for User Acceptance Test completion.
- Assist business parties with change management activities to ensure successful project implementation.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or commensurate practical experience.
- Must have hands-on experience working as a BA in either Data migration projects (for Health/ Medical/ Life Insurance) and/or experience working on interface requirements in any Health/Medical/ Life Insurance PAS implementation.
- Must have strong knowledge and hands-on experience working on projects related to New Business/ Underwriting, Claims, and Policy Servicing with a strong understanding of the policy lifecycle & various business processes involved.
- Experience with Agile methodology and ways of working. Hands-on experience using Agile tools & methods.
- Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills, including verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility to respond quickly to changing priorities.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders based on a good understanding of their objectives and the services they require to meet those objectives.
- Ability to think innovatively to find creative solutions, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to operate effectively with ambiguous and incomplete data.
- Experience in developing business cases, business requirements, and impact assessments.
- Awareness of the testing process and experience performing testing.
- Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain complex or technical issues.
- Experience with process improvement and LEAN thinking methodologies.
- Proven experience of Agile ways of working (e.g., JIRA and Confluence).
