Business Analyst Head - Mobile Money/Digital Payments

- In-depth knowledge of Mobile Money, Digital Payments, Digital Banking, Payment Gateways, Electronic Distribution and Recharge Platform developments across the globe along with terminologies.

- Awareness of latest industry trends prevalent in the domain of Digital Payments, Digital Banking, Payment Gateways, Electronic Distribution and Recharge Platform.

- Build and nurture Business Analysts capability of the organization. Track and monitor overall teams' product knowledge and quality of deliverables.

- Manage the work pipeline for BA team. Driving the resolution of issues/challenges.

- Managing the work allocation of team. Track & Monitor project and team performance of BA team and share same with senior management on regular basis
