- Will manage Strategic Projects in Market Research, Expense Reduction, Channel Development, Physical Store Analysis, & Customer Insights
- Evaluating the Pan India Physical Store Network to understand Key Trends, & Productivity of Stores
- Researching on international markets for a key project which targets a certain income group overseas, & developing methods to drive sales
- Calculating Online, & New Stores Cannibalization on the sales of existing stores, and suggesting measures to reduce the same
- Designed metrics to analyze the productivity of display inventory in the stores, & developed dashboards for the category team to track the same
- Key Member of Task-Force Working on boosting the online sales by tracking key metrics, revamping the website, & deciding on focus SKUs for promotions
- Ensuring weekly, bi-weekly, & monthly reporting to the Business Head, & CEO on Sales, Inventory, Target vs Actual Performance, & Working Capital
- Ensure best in class Omni-Channel Experience for Customers while minimizing Costs & maximizing Sales.
