Position Title : Business Analyst Team  Business Group : Government Banking Group (GBG)   Grade : Manager I / Manager II  Location : Mumbai  Key Deliverable:  - Leverage robust technology platforms to pitch various financial products to senior government officials and bureaucrats in central and state ministries, municipal corporations, state utility companies and development authorities   - Focus on getting various payment/collection mandates to achieve CASA growth  - Coordinate with GBG RM's to develop processes, offer existing products, design new products and leverage retail network to offer various solutions  - Provide training to GBG RM's across the country on various products/solutions   - Coordinate with Commercial Banking, Government Banking and Retail Liabilities teams to structure the offering in a cost-effective manner  Key Skills and Knowledge Requirements:   - Good communication, networking and relationship skills with ability to forge relationships with internal and external stakeholders   - Strong Background in Technology landscape, new technology trends and managing/driving technology products   - Knowledge of Cash Management solutions and General Banking operations will be preferred   - Knowledge of Government functioning would be an added advantage
