Business Analyst/Functional Consultant - Oracle Fusion

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for bridging the gap between IT and the business using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders.

- Work with various leaders across the company to manage and execute Integrations post-closing, ensuring effective change management throughout the entire process.

- Ensure alignment by creating a digital strategy roadmap.

- Focus on delivering business value, while acting as trusted advisors for Innova that need to adapt quickly to their new reality.

- Will facilitate effective stakeholder collaboration.

- Will set the digital transformation timeline and keep the project on track.

- Aid in the success of the multiple projects across the business including Digital Transformation projects such as Implementation of software platforms such as Salesforce, Bullhorn, Oracle Fusion and ServiceNow to name a few.

- Identify and initiate projects to improve and optimize ways of working within the team.

- Actively participate in team meetings and knowledge sharing sessions.

- Adhere to the weekly work schedule to ensure process delivery.

Qualification :

- Strong experience as a BA, eliciting requirements from Business/ Operations teams and effectively working with technology teams for delivering the digital transformation initiatives.

- Experience of working with Oracle Fusion across multiple projects.

- Process Mapping and Designing experience preferred.

- Experience with Designing Functional and Solution Design Documents/business requirements document.

- Ability to think strategically and to connect the dots to the bigger picture, while still comfortable diving into the details required to ensure successful execution.

- Proven success in collaborating, influencing and driving decisions with multiple stakeholders, including team members across product, technology and design.

- Develop user-acceptance test strategies and plans to support business/customer signoffs, ensuring the product is fit for purpose.

- Support the end-to-end digital process, from design through to user story / product backlog creation and work with development team, testing and deployment and are fit for purpose to release.
