Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, identify areas for improvement, and gather relevant data.

- Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive better decision-making and process improvements.

- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

- Design, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress against business objectives.

- Assist in the development and execution of data-driven strategies to optimize pricing, revenue, reduce costs, and improve overall operational efficiency in the 'Just' vertical.

- Conduct competitive analysis and research to inform pricing strategies and promotions, ensuring the brand remains competitive in the market.

- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making recommendations for adjustments as needed.

- Provide training and support to team members in using data and analytics tools

Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a Tier 1 college (IIT, BITS, IIIT, or NIT).

- 2-4 years of experience in a business analyst role, preferably in the fresh fruits and vegetables industry or a related sector.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- A proactive and self-driven attitude, with a willingness to continually learn and adapt to new challenges.
