- Research-Data collection (primary and secondary) and analysis for key accounts/segments/markets.
- Business performance - Analyse business performance at various organisation levels
- Conduct primary research/ interviews
- Assist the team/ divisions/ business units in data collection/ data representation in PPT
- Segment business plan, account plan development
- Business & Market Intelligence: Industry analysis - Analyse trends, regulations, opportunities, customer health
- Competitive analysis - Analyse competitor performance based on their financial parameters.
- Regular deliverables include preparing and sharing reports on weekly,monthly, quarterly basis
- Statistical knowledge. SAS/R/SPSS knowledge an advantage
- Data intelligence/visualisation/analytical tools - Power BI / Qlik / Tableau an advantage
