Position: Business Analyst

Location: Mumbai

Job Purpose:

The Business Analyst will be responsible for analysing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and translating business needs into business and functional requirements. Working closely with stakeholders from various departments, will play a supporting role in enhancing systems, workflows, and strategies to drive efficiency and support organizational goals. The Business Analyst plays a key support role to the Strategy team, including project management and execution.

Job Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

- Evaluate existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and efficiency enhancement.

- Create detailed documentation, including business requirements documents, use cases, process flows, and user stories to facilitate understanding and development.

- Work closely with cross functional teams to propose effective and feasible solutions to address business challenges.

- Analyse data sets, extract meaningful insights, and present findings to support decision-making processes.

- Execute and Manage Projects to deliver solutions to business problems.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in any stream with master's in business administration (Strategy, Systems or Market research preferred)

- Advanced knowledge in MS Office suite and MS Visio required.

- Fair understanding of BPM Modelling notations required

- Exposure of working for manufacturing Industry is must.
