Job Purpose :
To support the Business Head in terms of preparing business plans based on overall business strategy, monitoring and reviewing the business progress / achievement against targets.
Provide insights to business heads to maximize revenue, profits and customer satisfaction.
Key Deliverables :
- Ensure accurate AOP working for Business segment across formats
- Create and manage Monthly Sales Plan for all productivity categories across all formats
- Analyse market sizing and estimation using Secondary market research sources like GFK and IDC
- Analyse the cost elements for all productivity families across formats
- Analyze the business unit's activities and trends and compare analyses against the standards and best practices
- Monitor Deliverance of AOP and Weekly and Monthly Tracker on variance analysis versus monthly sales plan
- Identify Risk & Opportunities on a month on month basis and highlighting & pursuing with the relevant stakeholders
- Help the category in terms of preparing Brand Review/TOT Decks on a Ad-hoc basis
- Track performance of Focus cities
- Analyze business performance on big days
- Create forecasts, budgets and subsequent validation of assumptions through regular reporting
- Present findings and implement strategies to address tactical and strategic goals
- Conduct feasibility analysis and risk assessment
