- Liaising with business teams for requirements gathering for new/ongoing projects

- Arrange project walkthroughs and requirement presentation with stakeholders

- Identify changes/enhancements/issue fixes required in existing systems as per user requirements, evaluate impact, prepare change specifications, and obtain business user sign- off.
