Business Analyst
- Candidate should be responsible for performing a broad range of financial planning and analysis of various countries and global operations and helping in driving operational excellence across organization.
- The position will develop various insightful financial analyses for the management to support and drive strategic and financial decisions that includes budgeting, forecasting, analytical review of countries operations, scenario & sensitivity analysis and MIS reporting.
- Minimum 4-5 years of FP&A experience in an MNC (preferably in corporate)
- Strong business acumen, high analytical skills and incisive in identifying and reporting important trends and business risks
- Advanced knowledge of excel and power point
- Experience of working on HFM, SFDC etc. will be an added advantage
- Proactive; must initiate analysis on their own, take initiatives and to look at new ways of solving problems
- Ability to work in a team based environment and to interface with all levels of employees
- Strong attention to detail
- Must have well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
