Job Description:
We are now looking for a BA with Finance knowledge. He/she will have to handle the Finance module in Urban as well as the entire Public Finance mission implementation.
1. B.Com/M.Com/MBA in Finance or any equivalent degree
2. Hands On experience with Finance accounting and related applications

Required Skills & Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in requirements gathering, documenting and getting it signed off from customers, supporting UAT with customers and getting it signed off.
- Experience in handling mid or large scale implementations (end-to-end)
- Excellent in BRD, FRS, DFD, User Manuals, UML and other business analysis tools.
- Excellent in preparing functional test cases along with QA Team and ensuring the quality of deliverables.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to talk and present to a range of audiences and conduct impactful demos
- Passion for creating solutions with a positive attitude to change
- Excellent analytical skills and an informed, evidence-based approach
- Strong interest in business and business development.
- Preferably good understanding of information technology applications in the public sector

- Work with external stakeholders to understand and investigate feedback into the service, function or product provided
- Communicate with internal colleagues to understand the needs of clients and their organization as a whole
- Use data modelling practices to analyse your findings and create suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changes
- Consider opportunities and potential risks attached to suggestions you make
- Identify the processes and technology solutions required to implement your recommendations
- Able to gain agreement, usually from senior management, on the best method of introducing your recommendations to the business
- Communicate the benefits of your recommendations across departments and help to address any uncertainty and concern
- Produce written documentation to support your work, report on your findings and present to stakeholders when necessary
- Interact between customer and development team and convert the client requirements into business stories for the development team.
