Business Analyst - Finance

- Analyze current and past Operational/financial data and performance

- Prepare reports and projections based on analysis

- Evaluate current Opex/Capex expenditures compare with the Budget

- Prepare financial models for investment opportunities

- Establish and evaluate profitability of business units

- Identify trends in Operational financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement

- Coordinate with other members of the Ops/finance team to review Ops/financial information and forecasts

- Organize data into accessible reports and perform various types of analysis using key metrics such as yearly growth, return on assets, return on equity and earnings per share

- Providing creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve Operational performance

- Assembling and summarizing data to structure sophisticated reports on risk

- Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts etc) taking into account company's goals and financial standing

- Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking and process analysis

- Conduct business studies on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecast models
