JD:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer focused Business Analyst to oversee the successful execution of eLearning and LMS platform projects.
- This role involves collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to define project scope, ensuring quality standards are met, and driving projects to completion while maintaining continuous communication with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with SMEs to design and deliver customer-focused project solutions.
- Track project progress and maintain clear communication with customers.
- Monitor and analyze quality trends to control and improve project deliverables.
- Run sprints and manage JIRA for project tracking.
- Coordinate with the technical team to manage successful project deliveries.
- Oversee QA team activities and ensure high-quality outputs.
- Identify potential risks and proactively manage them.
- Communicate effectively with the design, technical, and sales teams.
- Develop industry-relevant case studies and white papers, clearly outlining ROI.

- Experience in developing scripts and e-learning solutions.
- Keen attention to detail, especially with textual data.
