Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough analysis of key performance metrics, including sales, customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value, to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Finance, to gather data, define KPIs, and develop actionable insights to drive business growth. - Utilize data visualization tools to create insightful reports and dashboards that effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. - Perform competitive analysis to benchmark our performance against industry standards and identify areas of competitive advantage. - Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, market trends, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making and drive innovation. - Partner with the Product Development team to prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market research, and business objectives. - Lead ad-hoc analysis and special projects as assigned by senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations to support business initiatives. - Stay informed about industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to D2C brands in India, and proactively recommend strategies to maintain our competitive edge. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field. Master's degree preferred. - Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in the e-commerce or D2C industry. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI platforms. - Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modelling techniques is highly desirable. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences. - Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and solve problems creatively. - Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
