Business Analyst - eCommerce

As a BA, you'll be chiefly responsible for coordinating our efforts in driving a product, projected to be used by SME/Corporates in the enormous Electrical maintenance industry. We're looking for someone who is talented, diplomatic, strategic, detail oriented and works relentlessly to hit company's goals.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities of the Role :

Primary Responsibilities :

- Role involves Understanding the vision and market current offline behaviour

- Gather requirements from various teams and management

- Make UI's/SRS/Technical documents for developers to code

- Make scenarios for testing

- Competition and industry best practices incorporation

- Explaining and making User Manuals for the users

- Making Dashboards,KPIs for monitoring the actors and scenario assumptions via analytics.

Extensive Experience Required in :

- eCommerce Marketplaces

- Mobile app developments

- Should have startup experience (preferably as BA/PM) and want to work in a startup environment .
