- We are looking for an intelligent and highly motivated person who can handle diverse role for the ecommerce portal. The selected person will be rotated across multiple roles in Category, Marketing and Operations. The role will give an excellent learning experience for the person and will provide a great platform for people looking forward to a career in Ecommerce Industry.

Desired Skills & Experience

- Manage overall performance of assigned categories – sales (demand planning), effective stock management, packaging and logistics

- Work closely with the e-commerce business development team to expand business operations and to develop the business further

- Establish a strong client base, including leading brands, distributors and importers to expand business opportunities

- Generate and execute innovative ideas, which are in line with the company’s vision.

- Identify potential business opportunities based on new product/service initiatives in the market

- Work closely with the creative team and provide valuable inputs on the product specifications, features and USPs

- Carry out primary and secondary research on consumer behavior, analyze the data and present the analysis to the team

- Create segmentation schemes that will increase customer acquisition rate, improve customer retention and build customer loyalty

- Successfully organize multi-channel go-to-market programs

DESIRED SKILLS

- Strong analytical skills and a burning desire to excel in the e-commerce sector

- Ability to think independently and learn quickly in a dynamic business setting

- Capable of handling multiple, challenging projects at any given time

- Excellent team player, with the ability to streamline and implement planning processes by collaborating with team members

- Has a strong sense of accountability

- Ability to manage expectations of the team and clients

- Strong MS Excel Skills
