Senior Business Analyst - Digital Transformation
Primary Job Responsibility:
"As-Is" business process study and mapping (PDD)
"To-Be" business process design and mapping
- Driving digital transformation business cases, ROI calculations, deployment strategies, and inter-team coordination.
- End customer presentations, Demo and workshops
Education and Essential Experience:
- Well-versed in customer experience journey and BPM operations
- Experience in Business Process Study & Mapping
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Organized and Methodical.
- Target and deadline driven.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PPT)
