Job Description: Business Analyst
Position brief:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop, refine, and implement business solutions that drive growth, innovation, operational excellence and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Responsible for driving and executing strategic initiatives aka projects that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Primary Role & Responsibilities:
The Primary role of the candidate will be:
Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define and articulate the company's overall strategic ventures and products and solutions.
- Lead the development of short-term and long-term strategic plans aligned with business objectives.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats to zero in on new Solutions / Needs of the market.
- Provide insights into market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and emerging industry trends.
Execution of Initiatives:
- Drive the execution of strategic initiatives by working with closely functional leaders and project teams to carve out POC's, MVP's and table top developments.
- Risk management and resource allocation for strategic initiative's execution.
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful implementation.
Business Development:
- Collaborate on identification and evaluation of new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
- Work closely with business development teams to execute growth strategies and expand market presence.
Performance Metrics:
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and effectiveness of strategic initiatives.
- Implement regular reporting mechanisms to communicate progress and outcomes to senior leadership.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with CXOs and other key customer stakeholders to understand business priorities and challenges.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights and input for strategic decision-making.
Working Experience and Qualification
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
- 6+ years of experience in a senior strategy or business analysis role, ideally in a fast-paced, dynamic industry.
- Proven ability to drive strategic projects with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, demonstrating leadership and project management abilities.
- Skills like data analytics and/or experience with project management tools (e.g., Agile, Lean methodologies) with thrust on candidates technical proficiency in strategic execution will always be a plus.

As a leader in this space, we deliver world-class Airport Services focused on Airports and their related domains enabled through Technology Solutions, IT Operations, and Digital services. We provide end-to-end IT Concession at airports through which we have built significant experience in this sector over the past few years.
We have a strong and stable client portfolio which we aim to leverage and grow the Services portfolio and Services Business. This includes but not limited to IT Managed Services and a couple of Services/Products. We are building digital and transformation capabilities to complement the IT Managed service to create value for our customers.
The current leadership of the company has both domestic and global experience in building and running high performance Digital First, Service organizations and over 20+ years in the ITES sector.
As we embark on taking organization to the next level and we focus on - larger revenue, a larger customer base (Growth Engine), enhanced portfolio (Managed Services, New Digital Services/Products, Airport Services Platform etc.) and building a strong Digital Team backed by a strong Engineering DNA of the Organization (People, System Engineering). Current revenues are at approx. US $50 million, largely secured by long-term contracts.
Vision is to scale it up to $500 Mn in the next 5 years with a client portfolio of both domestic and global airports and related adjacencies.
