Primary Responsibilities:
- Meet with business individuals to gather information and analyze existing business processes, mapping the data thread.
- Determine and document gaps, areas for improvement and waste of the existing business processes.
- Discuss with business teams to understand the return on investment savings such as increase in revenue, increase in productivity, and/or lean processes realized from the improvements or elimination of waste.
- Prepare requirements documents, functional design documents, test plans, implementation plan, communication plan, etc.
- Create and manage project plans by coordinating with entire project team both business and IT.
- Ensure all tasks in the project plan are completed on-time and within budget by providing oversight and coordination with business teams, architects, developers, database administrators and other sub-teams involved in the project.
- Execute test cases along with business teams, collect feedback and document issues.
- Conduct regular meetings to track issues and discuss resolutions.
- Manage development deficiencies, data quality issues and functionality defects by assigning resources and timelines for all the issues raised.
- Create status reports including graphs measuring project progress, risk analysis, and issue tracking.
- Create detailed launch plans and organization change management plans with all related resources and teams.
- Communicate clearly to all the stakeholders and business teams to conduct training sessions.
- Plan and execute technical and functional transition to support team.
- Create detailed presentations to highlight the benefits of the executed project.

Competencies & Experience Required:
- 2 years- experience with Business Analysis or Project Management with implementation experience and demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects.
- 2 years- experience in delivering solutions on-time and on-budget, defining project tasks, managing project plans, providing status updates, and coordinating project meetings.
- 2 years- experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements.
- 1 year experience with agile project management.
- Ability to influence others.
- Ability to work through virtual teams and achieve results through others.
