Business Analyst :

Expertise in - #Business Analysis #SQL #Python #Excel MUST

Role & Responsibilities:

- You will join our head office in Gurgaon and work directly with all stakeholders. In this role, you will help solve some of the most pressing problems of the clients by utilizing the skills and tools at your disposal.

Primary responsibilities include:

- Work collaboratively with the customer to design and implement analytics solutions based on formal project proposals.

- Utilize your expert-level knowledge of analytics - SQL, Python and R programming to create scripts capable of data access, manipulation, visualization and reporting.

- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

- Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.

- Structure ambiguous problems and take action to solve them

- Assisting in delivering well organized reports, dashboards, data analysis and statistical models.

- Drive an independent workstream in the context of a broader team project

It is a highly hands-on role where you get to see the direct impact of your work on business outcomes. You work hand-in-hand with the founders, business head, and the category teams to build the core business in your geographies.

Skills & Ability :

- We are looking for folks who are excited about building a 0 to 1 business, in an operationally complex work environment, and is able to synthesize clear takeaways from complex information into clear takeaways and recommendations, using both qualitative and quantitative tools.

- The candidate should have vital analytical and conceptual thinking skills and has demonstrated competency in planning, and management skills. Most importantly, the candidate should be comfortable in dealing with ambiguous, ever-changing situations and work collaboratively with people at all levels.
