Overview: The person is self-starter, motivated and works with less supervision. Person is accountable for providing detailed analysis about the anomaly of the key Performance Indicators. Building and managing smarter solutions including predictive models using existing tools for better managing business processes.

Tasks Summary & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for analysis of Sales/Supply Chain/Other divisions Attainment, Quotas, Compensation plans, Metrics, Crediting logics, and target incentives.
- Root cause analysis of commission credit issues across the globe by analyzing data from various data sources.
- Responsible for analyzing and communicating key metrics and trends to the leadership and management teams.
- Owning Analytics dashboards and reports which are used to gain insights into credit issues/sales/Supply Chain/Other divisions comp exceptions.
- Leading process improvement initiatives through various Business Intelligence/Collaborative tools.
Educational Degree: B.Tech/BE and MBA preferred.
Professional Experience:
- 4+ years of industry experience in data analysis. Proven analytical and quantitative skills and an ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases
- Good knowledge about TED architecture. (Internal)
- Good understanding about SQL, DB technologies.
- Good knowledge of Business Intelligence tools like Tableau.
- Good Knowledge about Databases like SQL Server, Oracle, SAP HANA. ETL tools will be added Advantage.
