1) Customer Onboarding and Management: Help new customers setup and get started on ZenIQ. Understand their needs from the platform for both Marketing and Sales and consult on how this can be achieved on the product (Translating customer needs/requirements into specs that can be realized on the product)
2) Help Customers succeed: Advice customers on improving their Sales and Marketing effectiveness through insights. Analyze their data, spot patterns and communicate.
3) Drive usage of the product and help customers get the most out of it.
4) Product Support: Handle difficulties/problems with the product customers may have including errors in data, logic, setup and communicate solutions effectively. Basic troubleshooting of problems and liaison with the engineering and technical teams.
Skills Required:
1) Basic knowledge of Sales/marketing
2) With training thorough knowledge of the product
3) Basic to intermediate SQL skills for Analysis
4) Good Communication skills (Be able to speak both in Technical and generic language)
