Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Management with expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Opportunity Management,.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and document business processes, translating them into Customer Relationship Management system requirements.

- Implement and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions, with a focus on Opportunity Management for the.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Customer Relationship Management strategies align with business objectives.

- Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct user training for Customer Relationship Management tools.

- Utilize Customer Relationship Management analytics to generate customer insights, enhance sales strategies, and drive retention initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Experience: 4 to 5 years as a Customer Relationship Management Business Analyst, preferably in the industry.

- Customer Relationship Management Platforms: Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Opportunity Management.

- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.

- Skills: Analytical, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills.

- Expertise: Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and Customer Relationship Management solution delivery.

- Education: B.Tech. or MBA in a relevant field.

Must-Have Skills:

- Salesforce Sales Cloud with Opportunity Management experience.

Good-to-Have Skills:

- Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud experience.

Certifications (Preferred):

- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant.

- Salesforce Administrator (Admin).

- Salesforce Advanced Administrator (Advanced Admin).

- Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant.

- Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD 1).
