- Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, develop and implement solutions
- Gathering information from multiple sources and critically evaluating it
- Translate the requirements gathered from multiple sources and evaluate it, reconcile conflicts and disseminate high level information into details in the form of Business Requirements Documents/ Functional requirements specifications
- Identifying, defining and documenting business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements and levels of systems access after consulting with functional unit management and personnel
- Should be able to write BRS/FRD in a manner that it can be easily converted into a test case and technical documents
- Interpreting business needs of customers and translating them into the application and operational requirement with the help of strong analytical and product management skills
- Liaisoning between technology teams, support teams and business units
- Communicating and collaborating Proactively with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and delivering Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface designs as and when required
