We are a Company in the field of Industrial Measurements and Controls. We operate in the fields of Electrical Measurements/Controls, Monitoring/Time relays, Temperature/Process control, PLC/HMI products and Power electronics.

We are technology driven company; having complete Indigenous Development; and ever increasing capabilities in Electronic, Software and Mechanical Engineering. We manufacture around 2 million products a year, with highly automated processes, facility spread over 1 lac sq. ft. in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. Position : Business Analyst

Job Description

We need a person to ensure the following:

1. To be a support to the MD office in implementing systems, processes and change management across the company. To escalate non-conformance/gaps, and thereby bring about control in the implementation of systems

2 To facilitate and train teams across the company on the new mechanisms.

3. Ensure that the right dashboards are shared & analysed & reviewed for visibility & for decisions. . To ensure that the data coming to the MD through the dashboards is relevant and accurate as per the norms set

Skills Required:

- Business Understanding, management methods, systems and business process understanding

- Data Management & Analysis

Qualification & Experience :

- BE Electrical/Electronics, MBA (Ops or systems management) with 4 -5 yrs. Exp. Ideal person would come from Mfg & Consulting background.
