Key Responsibilities:
- Be a core member of the strategy team to drive and deliver business projects
- Plan, execute and / or analyze the performance of business operations and recommend strategies & tactics to achieve business goals
- Own end-to-end impact delivery of projects - including ideation, problem-solving, developing the execution plan, implementation and process stabilization
- Partner with relevant stakeholders across functions to drive cross-functional initiatives and deliver project outcomes which positively impacts business objectives
- Regularly analyzing external market trends, internal metrics and competitor behavior to generate business insights & identify opportunities
- Evaluate new business opportunities & initiatives and give recommendations with reasons
- Conduct ad-hoc research & analysis and develop decks / documents in support of business

- Good stakeholder management: Should have the ability to connect and coordinate with multiple stakeholders across teams and levels
- Must have worked on projects in Retail/Ecommerce/ FMCG organizations
