JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Evaluating the business operations, anticipating requirements, recommending areas for implementation, and strategizing and implementing solutions.
- Leading reviews of business processes and developing optimizing strategies.
- Performing various requirement analysis.
- Presenting and documenting the results and analysis.
- Gathering insights and critical information from meetings with stakeholders and producing useful reports.
- Allocation of resources and maintaining cost efficiency.
- Managing, developing, leading project plans and monitoring performance.
SKILLS REQUIRED :
- Previous experience as a business analyst.
- Excellent conceptual and analytical thinking skills.
- Experience in documenting detailed reports and giving presentations.
- Excellent leadership, planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders by working closely working with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills.
