Business Analyst - Compliance - e-commerce/FinTech/IT Firm

Day to Day Responsibilities:

- Building dashboards to streamline compliance monitoring

- Tracking and processing complaints and issues from network participants

- Support development of SOPs for compliance monitoring on the decentralised network

- Support design and development of novel automated systems for compliance monitoring

- Support fact-finding and investigation in case of disputes or policy non-compliance by network participants

Ideal Candidate and qualifications:

- Graduate/post-graduate degree from a reputed college in India or abroad.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in working with an e-commerce, fintech or IT company in a compliance or operations role. exp range can be 3 to 5 years

- Proven experience in stakeholder management and complaints handling.

- Proven experience in business process automation.
