Business Analyst - Commercial & Portfolio Strategy - IIT/NIT/IIM/FMS/MDI

This position reports to Head - Strategy & Global BD

Qualification -

IIT graduates/IIMs/PG or MBA from top tier institutes

Job Description -

Strategic Business Planning

- Work on Strategy Plan for all Business units and Markets

- Update plan number as per new business opportunities & regulatory timelines

Sales Vs Budget Analysis

- Work on detailed Yearly Sales budget with coordination of cross-functional team

- Prepare monthly & quarterly sales review & analysis of all territory & business units and work on quarterly reports

Business Development

- Work on market analysis, customers evaluation & therapeutic analysis for deal review & new opportunities

- Work on business case proposals & financial models to execute deals for Biosimilar products

Ad hoc data management & analysis

- Support in presentation for business proposals, board meetings and other BD requirements

- Participate & support team in different BD activities

- Portfolio Management for Company Products

- Support management with data, information

Skills required:

Technical:

- MS office (Excel, Powerpoint & word), Advance Excel, Macro (preferred)

- Ability to manage & analyse large data sets

- Databases & BI Tools: IMS, Tableau etc.

Soft skills:

- Ability to communicate with multiple external and internal stakeholders

- Ability to work accurately with numbers under urgency & time pressure
