One of our clients is a NBFC focused on SME Lending and SME Investment Banking. As part of the CEO's direct reporting team, we are looking for a Business Analyst in Mumbai [office at Bandra] - 2 to 5 years experience - with the following Key Responsibilities :
1. Business Development & Client Servicing:
a) Assist in mandates (fundraising, M&A, etc)
b) Identification of business development opportunities
c) Provide corporate access
d) Help identify new clients and prioritize client servicing
2. Coordination:
Coordinate various projects and initiatives with various investors as well as Bankers. Also co-ordinate for hiring of key talent
3. Research and Analysis
a) Research related to sectors, organizations, individual, corporate etc. as the need may be
b) Analyze data in various forms to assist the CEO's office in their decision making. This includes business and individual performances vis a vis the goals set, KPIs, competitor analysis etc.
c) Research and analysis related to any strategic initiatives or mandates as may be necessary.
4. Other day to day activities :
a) Supporting
i) in day to day activities
ii) providing oversight to the business responsible for specific projects
b) Any other responsibility entrusted by the Group CEOs office
Key Skills Required:
A key resource and an important member of the CEO's office assisting in the formulation of Strategy and ensuring execution.
Functional :
1) Should be able to handle pressure and multi task within stringent timelines and pressure situations.
2) Should be able to be a part of the troubleshooting team
Behavioral:
1) Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact and liaise across levels and departments within the organization and a variety of clientele
2) Smart and hardworking with a high degree of ethics
3) Integrity is paramount as he/ she shall be exposed to vast confidential information
Technical (if any):
