Business Analyst - Callidus TrueComp & SQL - Investment Bank

This role is for a configuration analyst responsible for the implementation and maintenance of incentive plans on the Callidus (TrueComp) compensation systems.

Shift timing: 1 PM to 10 PM

Please Note: URGENT

Preferred skills: (Highly Desirable):

1. Minimum 1+ years of experience with Callidus TrueComp, Varicent, or other systems that have a rule-based configuration. Hands-On experience with Business Rule Configuration, Informatica ETL.

REQUIREMENTS - Education and Experience:

1. Required 4-year degree in Computer Science or related field

2. 3-5 years of Information Technology experience in business systems, software development, database analysis and Reporting using the above mentioned required skills.

Required Technical Skills (Must be Hands-on):

1. 3-5 years of experience with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL including testing, tuning and debugging queries and programs OR

2. 3-5 years of experience in programming using Java or ASP.NET, SQL skills, and database design

3. Expert in Microsoft Excel in creating analytical reports as well as using complex formulas and macros.

4. Experience working with large teams leveraging SDLC and/or agile methodologies and the ability to deliver quality code with proper documentation in the specified time.
