Business Analyst & Budgeting Professional - BFS

Profitability Analysis: 

- Evaluating KPI of each business segment/Product segment and recommending action plans for achieving optimum results- key focus on ROAs, NIMs, ROEs etc as per directives from the top management

Planning & Budgeting: 

- Formulating the budget numbers for the upcoming financial year based on market outlook and inputs from cross-functional stakeholders across various regions

Business Review: 

- Performance analysis, key success & concern areas and future projections for the Chairman and MD review on a monthly and quarterly basis

Information Management:

- Preparation of presentations and reports for senior management as per requirements during board meetings as per strict deadlines.Conceptualise, create and manage MIS and dashboards for performance dialogues and delivery

Competitor Analysis: 

- Responsible for competitor tracking, analysis of various banks- /NBFCs- business models and understanding their growth strategies and how the same may be modelled for the company's growth

Data Analytics: 

- Using data analytic techniques on the company's and competitors numbers and utilising the same for channel growth strategies for the company
