Business Analyst - BRD/FSD/UAT
Requirements:
- 5-8 yrs experience in General Insurance industry.
- Single handledly managed the activities and drive E2E project.
- Have previous experience of working on digital platform either B2B or B2C.
- Well versed on the integrations with third party applications.
- Creation of User Stories, BRD, FSD.
- UAT testing of requirements.
- Managing stakehokder holders.
Soft Skills:
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong documentation skills
- Managing relationships with client officials
- Proactive and ownership-accepting attitude
- Negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to represent requirements and convincingly communicate them
- Proficient in conveying solutions and concepts positively, clearly, and concisely to stakeholders.
Description of Skill Sets:
- Capable of mapping business requirements, identifying gaps, and creating comprehensive documents. Able to document all requirements and the business solution clearly for stakeholders, development, and test teams.
- Thorough understanding of e-governance and government processes.
