ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Data manipulation and interpretation
- Combine data from different sources and in different formats
- Consolidate, sort, organize and summarize data
- Perform basic mathematical operations with the data
Data visualization
- Create charts, tables and other graphics using Microsoft Excel (primarily), PowerPoint, Tableau, etc
- Consolidate information into standardized and ad hoc reports
- Understand, create and update basic real estate, financial models
- Collect and summarize market information
- Create and update presentations
- Conduct market research, including 10-K, analyst reports, and other corporate communications and prepare business studies
- Review and interpret various types of real estate documents, including leases, lease abstracts, rent rolls, budgets, operating statements and expense recovery reconciliations
- Participate in special projects and prepares presentations for senior management; other duties may be assigned
