We're hiring for "Business Analyst" at Navi Mumbai location.

Experience: 3-12 Years of experience in credit roles and product management for SME loans, LAP, HL, and vehicle finance within banks or NBFCs. They should also have a background as a Business Analyst in a BFS Product IT company, proficient in client demonstrations, drafting BRDs and FSDs, and optimizing workflows.

Industry Preferred: BFSI/NBFC

Mandatory Education: MBA from good college

Mandatory Skills Required: Credit Risk, Product Management, SME Loans, Business Analysis, NBFC

Job Description:

1. Credit Role in SME loans, LAP, HL etc in Bank / NBFCs.

2. Product Role in SME Loans, LAP, HL, Vehicle Finance etc in Bank / NBFCs

3. Business Analyst in BFS Product IT Company. Demonstrate to clients the features and functionality of digital products to ensure a clear knowledge of capabilities and benefits

4. Draft detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD) to explain project objectives and requirements

5. Assess gaps among the present processes and intended outputs, assisting in workflow optimization
