- Understanding client's business as well business needs as they relate to a potential change or transformation

- Gathering, identifying and documenting business requirements. Able to create requirement document in specific format

- Explaining technical jargon to non-technical/commercial teams

- Present creative solutions to client for the need of the business

- Able to grasp product knowledge quickly both technically as well functionally

- Understand product structure to propose customization as well enhancements

- Be able to map business processes with product features

- Simplifying requirements, so they are easily understood across the whole team

- Business process modelling and improving business processes

- Identifying costs and business savings through cross industry solutions

- Implementing, testing and deploying solutions to business problems

- Acting as an advisor to senior managers and executive teams

- Experience in lending/leasing domain

- Able to play team role as well an IC role based on the business need
