About the Role:

- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.

- In this role, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing, documenting, and optimizing business processes, while collaborating closely with clients and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Analysis and Documentation:

- Conduct in depth analysis of existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

- Develop comprehensive process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, and other relevant documentation.

Requirement Gathering:

- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document functional and non functional requirements.

- Utilize various techniques, including interviews, workshops, and surveys, to gather accurate and detailed information.

Pre Sales Support:

- Actively participate in pre sales activities, such as responding to RFPs and RFIs.

- Develop compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions.

Solution Design:

- Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.

- Create clear and concise business requirements documents (BRDs), functional requirements documents (FRDs), use cases, and user acceptance test (UAT) scenarios.

Testing and Validation:

- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to develop test cases and scripts.

- Participate in UAT sessions to ensure that the solution meets the defined requirements.

Stakeholder Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, business users, and technical teams.

- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non technical stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement:

- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.

- Proactively identify opportunities to improve business processes and system functionality.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the BFSI domain.

- Strong understanding of core business analysis activities, including requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

- Proficiency in using various business analysis tools and techniques.

- Knowledge of SQL queries and scripting is a plus.

- High level of flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
