- Strong knowledge of digital onboarding applications/portals
- Experienced in working on different BFSI Partners onboarding portals
- Experienced in building integrated, connected & traceable systems (through APIs, webhooks, database-to-database, etc.)
- Ability to understand various customer journeys and create process plan out of it
- Should possess sound knowledge of the financial products - Stocks, PMS, AIF, Bonds, MFs, Trades etc.
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Thorough understanding of the design process, project management principles and stakeholder management
- Relevant industry experience working on technology implementation and delivery engagements (with business focus)
- Experienced in writing BRDs and FSDs
- Manage timely tech deliveries, QA testing and UATs

- Creation of partner portals covering end-to-end customer journeys digitally
- The portal will enable customers to compare & choose from multiple products in just a single view
- Manage various digital journeys through multiple workflows on the same portals
- Experienced of handling Onboarding, Transactions, Reconciliation, Reporting and customer service
- Experienced in preparation for C-level presentations & reviews
