Role & Responsibilities of the position in brief:

- Data Analysis, Requirement Gathering, Functional Design, Creating Test Cases

- Ensuring that business needs are accurately captured in functional BRD's

- Liaise with regions to review requirements and document formal BRD

- Liaise with the development & QA teams to provide functional guidance and test strategies

- Post release data validation and testing

- Facilitate and actively participate in all user calls

Key Skills:

- Strong data analysis and documentation skills

- Ability to converse fluently in Japanese and understand / translate Japanese language documents.

- The role requires a good techno – functional acumen. Previous IT development experience will be a big plus.

- Knowledge of databases and good SQL skills is a must.

- Previous working experience on Xenos will be a big plus.

- The role requires working with users across geographies and facilitating global calls. So strong communication skills is a must.

- Strong knowledge of Trade Lifecycle, Settlements, Corporate Actions. Good exposure of market data instruments across Equities/Warrant/F&O/Fixed Income Asset classes.

- Understanding of key reference data concepts.
