Business Analyst - BFSI

JD & Technical Expertise:

- Working experience on Indus Application is must,

- Worked on Indus Lending Systems - LOS and LMS module

- Good function knowledge of Indus Application

- Good understanding of Oracle, PLSQL, Linux, Unix

- Knowledge of Java is not mandatory but good to have

- Analytical skills along with real-time debugging experience on Indus Systems

- Business domain knowledge of NBFC and Landing Business must

- Automation ability - e.g shell script writing, database scheduling, cron job knowledge

- ITIL framework knowledge

- Provide fix on Failure support to users on Indus LMS and Indus LOS as part of incident management process governed by SLAs

- Provide daily and month end support to the users

- Requirement gathering, analysis and classifications - Configuration Change/Change Request (CR) or System Issue.

- Indus LOS, LMS gape assessments between the user's expectations and existing system functionalities

- Should have the knowledge and able to manage end to end SDLC process's

- Preparation of Test Data/Test Case and 1st level UAT of the release delivered by the system vendor

- Periodic gap analysis on the systems and discuss with key business users on proactive systems improvement
