Business Analyst - Banking/Financial Services Industry

Responsibilities

Engage with the client / internal stakeholders to understand business requirements through user requirements gathering sessions and create BRDs and FSDs.

Work with team members (technology, experience design, quality analysts, project manager) to map business requirements to functional solutions.

Lead the business analysis stream in the delivery which includes detailed analysis of the requirements, carving out user stories, explaining the requirements to Development and QA team, working with delivery team to arrive at estimates, release planning with the project manager and showcase of deliverables to stakeholders.

Work closely with the Project Manager and Developers to facilitate the timely delivery, build consensus within the team on the solutioning, testing and production support.

Desired Profile

Having an Banking / Financial Services Industry Experience of over 3 years as Business Analyst

Good facilitation and communication skills
