- Overall experience in Business Analysis, consulting and project delivery in the information technology (Banking and Financial Services) space and 3 years of hands-on industry experience in financial services  - Domain expertise in Credit and Lending, Retail and commercial banking   - Substantial experience in projects and engagement initiation, delivery and management  - Extensive exposure of working with geographically and culturally diverse teams that operate in matrix structures (including vendors and product suppliers)   - Experience with various project delivery processes (Waterfall, Agile)  RESPONSIBILITIES  Management related:  - Engagement management and business growth  - Presales - RFPs, presentations and presales consulting  - Hiring and fulfilment   - Capability enhancement and maturity in the BA space - evolve product owner roles in specific verticals and consulting capability in the Business Technology Services space  - Understand the specific requirements of end clients, BUs and DUs on product implementation, re-engineering and other areas of consultancy and manage the engagements well within FGS expected quality and committed timelines  - Training and knowledge creation - on domain, product and BA skill areas and plan for successfully creating and running training programs  - Deep knowledge in Banking and financial services  - Stakeholder management with specific focus on CTO/CFO level.  - Engagement with business users with displayable knowledge on the areas of interest for the users  - Skills to run enterprise wide program involving stakeholders at multiple levels  - Excellent and displayed skills on people management of atleast 10+ years
