1. Gather the business requirements as per client needs by interacting business and ops users
2. Document business and functional requirements post discussion / meetings with Bank Business teams, Ops Teams, Bank IT Teams and Development Team leads.
3. Create Use Case diagrams or flow charts as applicable.
4. Create requirement trace ability matrix
5. Coordinate with respective stake holders for sign-off on BRD/FSD for modules / applications.
6. Act as bridge between Bank Business and Development Team members for any queries or clarifications required.
7. Provide support to QA team to define scope & application walk through to QA Team
8. Active participation in defect triage meetings during testing phase.
9. Help to get decision making on changing or conflicting requirements
10. Maintain Requirement Changes management documentation
11. Prepare user manual or user training documents
