- The candidate should be from a Premium Institutes ONLY and have high academic scores.

- Sourcing investors in project with Equity Value from PE Fund.

- Prepare documents for discussions from large Foreign Investors entering India.

- Compliance and Analysis of Conditions Precedent to Transactions.

- Project Finance

- Prepare Teaser, Information Memorandum, Investor Presentations, Financial Modelling and Valuation.

- Financial Analysis & Planning
