Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

Operational Responsibilities:

- Primary owner of the functional requirements of the product/platform/solution

- Interface with stakeholders and end users to understand the customer needs

- Convert customer needs to functional requirements.

- Develop and Deliver BRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification.

- Work with Product Manger on product vision, roadmap and value drivers.

- Work closely with scrum and development team for backlog/release planning and monitor the progress to completion

- Identify and onboard beta users for the product and manage the beta testing process

- Perform product demos to stakeholders and customers

Stakeholder Management:

- Build a trusted relationship with business management and end users to define the product requirements

- Work with Product Management to define the product roadmap that balances the immediate needs of the business and broader market needs

- Ensure robust decision-making with collaborative inputs, resolve conflicts, and ensure follow through on cross-functional projects

Ideally, you should have:

- 10+ years of experience as a Product Owner/ Business Analyst

- Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products /services.

- Strong customer service orientation

- 5+ years of experience working in the Airport domain

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Bachelor's/PG degree

- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
